 > Clare > Flaggy Shore (Burren)
The Flaggy Shore is a small area of coastline in Co. Clare near New Quay where the flat stone of the Burren meets the sea. The force of the sea has left a mix of worn, flat stone steps (like flag stones, hence the name) along with lots of beautiffuly rounded limestone rocks. I've been over there plenty of times and wrote about it here, here, here, here and here [I haven't finished processing all the pictures for sale yet].
